illustratorからテキストのみを抽出する方法

ちょっとメモ。illustrator(CS6)からテキストのみを抽出するには、以下のようにします。

「ファイル / 書き出し… / ファイル形式：テキスト形式（txt）」 「書き出し」ボタンをクリックすると、txtファイルに書き出されます。
